The unfinished Bikini and Trunks and divider are made of 1/2" thick  mdf.  This material takes most paints and spray paints really well, so you can enjoy personalizing them.

Measurement details: for the smaller version is:
Swim trunks are 9" at widest point and 6 3/8" tall (from bottom of shorts to top). Weight 6oz 

Bikini top measures 11 3/8" from end to end of strings and 5 1/4" tall and the bottom measures 5 3/4" wide by 2 5/8 tall.  Top and bottom weight 6oz

The divider pcs is 12 3/4" long X 7/8" wide. Weight 2oz

The weight of all 4pcs is around 1 pound.
 
The measurements for the larger version are:
Trunks 13.5" in width at widest point and 9.5" tall by 1/2 thick mdf.
The bikini top measures: 17"W x 8" tall and bottom 8.5"W by 4" tall and both out of 1/2" mdf.

NOTE:  We can scale them up to make whatever size, with additional cost, depending on size.
